I have a thirty year background in nursing, ranging from dermatology to intensive care, alongside twenty years' experience in teaching children and adults, specialising in additional needs including dyslexia and neuro-divergence.  CK Occupational Health can therefore offer a wide range of services to support your staff to remain in or return to work. CK Occupational Health will guide you to excellence in occupational health and wellbeing within your business. Introductory Consultation

CK Occupational Health wants to support you to support your employees in order to achieve a productive workforce.
Contact us to discuss your requirements, whether that be case work in relation to return to work advice and reasonable adjustments or training needs in relation to mental health/resilience and wellbeing advice.

Case work

An occupational health report can provide you with the guidance you need to support an employee to remain or return to work. CK Occupational Health provides an Occupational Health Report that is bespoke to each employee. An in depth one to one consultation takes place in order to inform the comprehensive report provided to the referrer.  Wellness Action Plans (WAPs) can be an incredibly effective tool in helping managers support employees with mental health issues. CK Occupational Health can work with an employee and their manager to produce an effective support plan to hep them stay well at work.

Mental Health and Resilience Training

Get focused on the mental health of your employees and help them remain in work and able to function productively. Mental ill health is one of the leading causes of absenteeism and presenteism . Talk to us about our service today to discover what positive change can be made with a little training.

Health Surveillance

Health Surveillance involves regular ongoing monitoring for potential health issues identified through the risk assessment process undertaken for specific tasks employees may carry out as part of their job. It assists in the early identification of possible health issues and enables prompt remedial action to be taken.  On-Site Health Surveillance Assessments include - Audiometry (Hearing), Confined spaces, HAVS (Vibration),  Driving (FLT/MEWP/company car), Skin, Spirometry (Lung Function), Vision Screening, Working at Height

Telephone Advice Service

 CK Occupational Health is here to give you the Occupational Health and wellbeing support you need including advice on employee mental health, sickness absence and returning to work. The yearly subscription gives you access to telephone advice and a monthly Occupational Health and Wellbeing newsletter.
